Yates Construction provided general construction services on the MGM Park Baseball Stadium in Biloxi, Mississippi. Built for the Double-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, the ballpark has 5,000 fixed seats with room for an additional 800 to 1,000 fans in berm seating. Organized around the concourse level that wraps around the field, the stadium includes a concessions area, lounge, team store, and 12 suites situated above the concourse. Forbes named the park as the most interesting new Minor League Baseball stadium in the country due to its intimate fan experience. The stadium is oriented so that most seats face south to capture the nightly sunsets over the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and features two party decks and a tiered party patio.
