International Paper Corporate Headquarters Tower 4

Yates Construction was the Owner's Representative on the 240,000 SF Class A corporate headquarters expansion for International Paper. This nine-story facility comprises office and meeting space, a 145-seat auditorium and 320-seat assembly room, and food service and banquet areas. The facility also includes a new 900-car, three-level precast parking garage. The building features natural lighting, glass components, open cubicle space to meet LEED® requirements, and four intelligent elevators with a specialized keypad for users to access floors.
