Coushatta Grand Hotel

The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana

Yates Construction provided preconstruction and construction services for the Coushatta Grand Hotel renovation. The six-story building is one of three hotels at the Coushatta Casino Resort. Exterior renovations consisted of removing and replacing the existing roofing, replacing the windows, and removing and replacing the building's exterior facade and lighting systems. Interior renovations consisted of a two-phase interior and exterior podium renovation and the demolishing and reconstruction of 208 keys on floors two through six to accommodate new suite types, floor layouts, and finishes. The project also included an interior build-out and modernization of the hotel's off-site Reservations Call Center.
