CenturyLink Technology Center of Excellence

Yates Construction provided construction services for the CenturyLink Technology Center of Excellence facility. This project includes a three-story, 250,000 SF technology center with research and development labs. The facility has a Tier II data center that is convertible to Tier III classification. The facility also has a state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC). The facility accommodates approximately 800 employees and is LEED® Silver certified.
