Bossier Parish Schools

Yates Construction and our joint-venture partner provided program management services for Bossier Parish Schools. Preliminary services included land procurement services, traffic studies, demographic studies, land appraisal, surveys, Phase I environmental studies, and preliminary geotechnical studies. Construction for this project included both new construction and renovation work. The program consisted of a new high school, middle school, elementary school, technical school, and 20 wing additions/renovations for existing schools, totaling more than 1.1 million SF. The project also included paving and roadway improvements and land procurement services.
